Dosing machines with food certification

For its new volumetric dosing systems intended for use in the food industry, Karr Italiana Srl issues the Declaration of Suitability for Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (M.O.C.A), in compliance with EC Regulation 1935 /2004 and EC Regulation 2023/2006.

This declaration guarantees the quality of the Karr product in all phases of the construction process, ensuring that there have been no alterations either in the design phase or in the raw material used for the production of the systems up to the storage in the warehouse.

In fact, sample laboratory tests are carried out on the finished pieces to verify the absence of the transfer of chemical elements beyond the legal limits. Finally, all components that come into contact with the product are marked with the symbol of food suitability and numbered, so that they can be traced and promptly recalled in the event of any criticalities.                                                                                                     

The FCM certification obtained by Karr Italiana confirms once again its great dynamism as well as its attention to the specific requirements of the food sector and, ultimately, to the health of consumers.
