Dual spindle slitters

Bimec Srl, a company that for over 36 years has been designing and manufacturing slitter rewinders for cutting and wrapping plastic film, paper and laminates, will be at Drupa and Plast presenting its new range of  dual shaft slitters.

In addition to the  frontal STM/43 dual shaft slitter (one of the most popular models with the market), the Vanzaghello (MI) based company will be exhibiting the new version of the dual-speed automatic  TCA/64-C slitter, which has been enhanced with a number of technical and design details in response to customer demands. The machine wraps finished rolls of a maximum diameter of 600 mm at a speed of 700 m/min.
The models on show mount all the available options: differential rewind shafts, computerized control via touchscreen operator panel (with immediate and easy-to-use setting systems), automatic positioning of the  shear knife sliting unit, automatic  laser core positioning  and the new thrust system for offloading of finished reels.
