Enercon induction sealers: safer products
The induction seal with cap or heat-sealing enables the creation of a hermetic seal on the container neck, thus preserving all the qualities of the product.
With over 40 years of experience, Enercon is a leading world brand in the supply of induction sealers.
The company offers its customers a broad and diversified state-of-the-art portfolio: from manual solutions for reduced production volumes, to the faster in-line sealers, which can reach a maximum speed of 80 m/min.
The complete range of Enercon induction coils responds to every production requirement, allowing the sealing of containers of various shapes and sizes, with caps of diameters between 15 and 120 mm.
How the induction sealing process works
After filling, a cap is applied to the container, internally fitted with an aluminium sheet.
The capped pack then passes under the induction sealer, where a controlled electromagnetic field transfers energy to the aluminum foil generating heat, so as to dissolve the sealing material membrane inside the cap. Once cooled, the seal adheres to the neck of the container ensuring an airtight seal.
This process enables an anti-tampering guarantee and anti-counterfeit product protection to be provided, keeping it as safe as in a strong box.
