Changing recipes in order to produce small batches with different types of bottles or labels is a need that is increasingly felt in the cosmetic field. And it is precisely in this case that Wide Range’s semi-automatic DWR ROUND labelling machine for cylindrical products comes into play, standing out from other products and distinguishing itself for its great ease of use, which is very intuitive.

One of the leading products of the Lombardy-based manufacturer, now distributed throughout Europe and even in some non-EU countries, DWR ROUND is a very versatile, sturdy, efficient machine that is truly unique for the simplicity of both mechanical and electronic operation.

With the possibility of memorizing up to 40 formats and with a very fast self-learning process, the device represents the ideal solution for labelling all cylindrical products with a diameter of up to 130 mm, starting from a minimum of 20 mm (a limit sometimes exceeded even with smaller products, such as syringes).

The maximum width of the label is 200 mm but, upon request, Wide Range can set up the labeller to work up to a width of 300 mm.
