EXACTA for syrups

True to the motto “One partner, one solution”, Ronchi Mario SpA (leading world constructor) has provided a high level technological response to a known American pharma company, who asked for a machine for filling and packaging syrups in glass bottles and PET, with cap and inner cap.

Basic requirement: respect for the operating speed of 300 bottles/minute.
The demand for syrups - aqueous and sugary solutions, high viscosity and containing aromatic substances or flavoring, presented also as emulsions or suspensions - has grown tremendously over the years, by virtue of their characteristics, which make them often preferable to other medical forms. Consequently also the speed of the packaging lines have had to adapt.

Called to face this challenge, Ronchi has therefore developed and provided a monobloc filling and capping machine EXACTA/R 24/12/12, with 24 filling stations, equipped with mass type flowmeters and two capping turrets with 12 heads each: the first for the insertion of the inner cap, the second for the screwing of the cap.

We cite its main features: parts in contact with the product entirely made of stainless 316L electropolished steel; orbital welding;  tri-clamp sanitary clamps; components in direct contact with the product FDA certified; HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration system with laminar flow hood.
Compliance with Machine Directive 2006/42 /EC, enabling extremely rapid CIP/SIP wash operations. The design is ergonomic and the format change is fast and intuitive, without the use of tools.
