Eyelash labeling and coding

Etipack has devised a labelling system for lying cylindrical/helical shaped products coming directly from the fillingline and then labelled at a speed of 50 cycles/minute.

It has been designed to fulfill a dual function, the application of one or more labels and direct print on the body and/or bottom of the product. Depending on production requirements, the machine can be equipped with two labeling heads and with a range of accessories, e.g. a laser for marking the batch number and the variable data. On demand, features such as control of successful labelling and overprinting with the ejection of the unsuitable products can be added. The system ensures high quality during the printing stage, thanks to the pneumatic device that blocks the product, ensuring no vibration during the labelling phase, which occurs when the product is stationary.
