Full packaging service

In over 30 years of activity Valmatic has expanded its offer and its expertise that now no longer only includes the FFS thermoforming machines initially built  for the production of vaginal ovules and suppositories, but also a series of FFS machines for production of one-time-use thermoformed containers.

Their attention to single-dose has also led to the creation of a third party packaging service section for this type of container. This involves dealing with creams, gels and granules from many different industries: from food to cosmetics and nutraceuticals, to pharmaceuticals, veterinary products and chemicals.

The benefits of a first hand service. One of the major strengths of the Modenese company comes from the decision to implement its third party packaging service directly in the company’s own production sections, hence also using their own machines. On the one hand, Valmatic has been able  to exponentially increase its expertise in this particular field of activity (developing cutting-edge processes and offering highly interesting form-fill-seal solutions) but this has also ensured a high availability of molds/forms, that enable the company to meet all the various user needs while enabling absolute control over all steps of the process.
 
A complete cycle. Backed up by their experience, Valmatic offers a full packaging service, which starts from the creation of the single-dose container, that can also be customised, and continues with the creation of the secondary packaging (cards, counter displays, boxes, cases, etc..), right up to the finished product, ready for distribution. Valmatic’s monodose pouches can come in different plastic materials, chosen depending on the type of product to be packaged and the actual preservation requirements.
Over the years Valmatic’s third party service has evolved from a simple activity in support of  sampling to the creation of single-dose sales packs plus the capability of creating a dedicated secondary packaging.
