Innovation and sustainability, a winning combination for Valmatic single-dose vials
A small vial that looks like glass, but is not glass. This new, one-of-a-kind 2 ml thermoformed single-dose unit designed by Valmatic (San Prospero, MO) and produced on the company’s Form-Fill-Seal lines is a small, eye-catching, customizable, transparent or coloured squeezable stand-up container.
Made of at least 80% R-PET from recycled mineral water bottles recovered on the European market, these single-dose vials offer clear advantages over glass while reproducing its transparency. They can be opened single-handed without any risk thanks to the pre-cut, after which they can be easily squeezed to release precise quantities even of dense products such as serums, gels or creams.
The vials can be carried in a beauty case without risk of damaging the contents and can be packaged in cards or elegant presentation cases. The front and back of the vials can be customised with full-flat Pantone colours.
Ever in search of new and attractive shapes, Valmatic proposes this solution specifically for the cosmetics sector, although it is also suitable for the food, chemical and veterinary sectors.
This solution and all other new products will be on display at the following trade fairs in which Valmatic will be participating:
- ON BEAUTY by Cosmoprof – Bologna (9-10 September 2021)
- Warsaw Pack – Warsaw (23-25 November 2021)
- Packaging Innovations – London (1-2 December 2021)
- PCD – Paris (19-20 January 2022)
