Integra 220: blister machine on show

A leader in the supply of complete lines and packaging machine for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, the Marchesini Group’s presence at Pharmintech is a must.

The concern will show five standalone machines and two packaging lines, one for syringes and one for blisters, at the Italian fair for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industries (13-15 April, Bologna, Hall 19, Stands D59-E59).
The star of the offer, for the last type, will be Integra 220, the original of its integrated robotized blister lines. The winning idea behind this solution (and later versions 320 and 520 V) is the integration in a single monoblock of thermoforming and cartoning operations.

The result is a machine with a compact structure (just 9 m). All the stations (forming, sealing, perforation, coding and shearing) are extremely accessible; each one is powered by servomotors that guarantee high production speed (150 pcs/min) and low noise. The thermoforming station is connected to the cartoning one by means of a Robocombi, a suction robot that picks each blister individually and places it directly into the cartoner’s boxes without any intermediate step.
