An intelligent label at the service of producers and consumers
Thanks to the skills acquired over years of activity in the sector of product identification and traceability, IMPRIMA has identified in the TT System created by Avery the ideal technological solution to express a new concept of food safety, and not only there, since many sectors potentially invovled.
The system, which Imprima distributes and for which it provides assistance, is modular according to needs and includes the fundamental smart label TT Sensor Plus 2 with programmable temperature sensor, TT Scan (reader and programming software for PC), TT App (application for smartphones) and TT Net (cloud database).
Its sophisticated thermal sensor makes the TT Sensor Plus 2 label a revolutionary instrument, capable of tracing temperature changes undergone by precious, delicate and/or frozen products during their movement during their movement, limiting waste and ensuring quality of the goods transported.
Potential, advantages and fields of application
The TT Sensor Plus 2 label is disposable and makes up to 150,000 temperature recordings in real time from -30 ° C to +60 ° C with an accuracy of ± 0.3 ° C from 0 ° C to +40 ° C and ± 0.5 ° C for the rest of the range. By pressing the button you can check the sensor status (on/off/alarm).
The 3 volt lithium battery is not replaceable but the label, inactivated and in normal conditions, is preserved for up to 2 years. From the moment of configuration and activation, the working duration is in turn 3 years.
And the footprint? The label measures only 68mm x 26mm x 3.5mm, weighs 4 g and is water resistant.
The data is speedily charged via smartphone, NFC readers connected to PCs, tablets and managed with the TTNet software. The memory is not volatile and the data cannot be modified or deleted. The supplied software allows you to create personalized profiles for each user, recipient and item to be tracked. Thanks to the simple and intuitive interface, you can view the detailed history of what happened to the goods during their journey and highlight any critical issues.
The information collected can be extrapolated for further analysis or shared via email to increase the efficiency of the supply chain. Each label has a unique ID code.
