Labeling: new frontiers

Shared stand for P.E. Labellers and Packlab at Ipack-Ima, to present their respective flagship solutions.

Modular labeling machines. A series designed according to the concept of “centralized machine”, with machine control platforms and highly automated production capabilities, a new, more versatile electronics, increased performance and new tracking systems. It is the new proposal of P.E. Labellers, who will exhibit a model equipped with a sensor system for the orientation of the capsules, marking the glass and UV notches.
In line with the Industry 4.0 standards for how to use, maintain and manage productivity, it can be managed via App. An augmented reality system managed by I-Pad with dedicated application will be installed on the machine on show, allowing monitoring of the status of operation, display any alarms, signals or maintenance to be carried out.

Easy self-adhesive linear labeller. Among Packlab’s solutions, Easy allows you to label all types of cylindrical, elliptical, rectangular and pyramidal containers at speeds from 800 to 4,000 bph. It can accommodate up to two stations for partial front and back labeling, or wrapping around cylindrical containers.
It is also equipped with Modulo 20 self-adhesive units, flexible and simple. It stores up to 200 different formats, associating the chosen name to each one.
The base has external labeling stations, which are more accessible to the operator both during work and during format change.
Despite being free of perimeter protection, thanks to special technical, mechanical and electronic features, maximum operator safety is guaranteed.
