Made in Italy production of certified facemasks

The creation of effective surgical masks under what is back to being an entirely Italian process, thanks to the cooperation between IDM andTexNow (Nastritex Lab).

IDM, manufacturer of machines and automation systems, mainlyfor  the cosmetics  field, and TexNow, the recent concern  born from an idea by NastriTex Lab for the study and creation of fabrics and other certified materials for the protection of people, have decided to collaborate with the aim of providing companies with the indispensable tools for the creation of Italian made protective masks.

With the creation of the fully automatic MDR-50 line, for the production and packaging of the masks, IDM provides the necessary technology, while TexNow offers materials compliant with the standards required in terms of cytotoxicity, biocompatibility, skin sensitization, breathability and efficiency of bacterial filtration.

The result is the creation of effective surgical masks under what is back to being an entirely Italian, efficient and certified process.
