New hot glue gun, fast and ultra compact

Small size, speed and application of hot glue with high precision for the entire useful life: Robatech’s SpeedStar Compact pistol has all the features to offer added value to the packaging industry.

Available from March 2020, the new SpeedStar Compact gun is one of the fastest and most compact high precision hot glue application guns on the market. With a maximum of 800 operating cycles per second, it allows to apply glue in very small points and curbs, ensuring high performance, preci-sion and high production speeds.

Robatech has integrated an automatic stroke adjustment system to allow the electromechanical gun to maintain precision in the application of adhe-sive for its entire useful life, i.e. approximately 500 million operating cycles. Furthermore, it is no longer necessary to carry out manual adjustments and the interruptions of operation for maintenance interventions are reduced to a minimum.

Compact and with high protection class. Compared to the previous SpeedStar Diamond version, the hardware of the SpeedStar Compact has been optimized from a technical point of view, with the aim of extending its useful life. Furthermore, thanks to the separation of the electronic part from the body, the dimensions have been reduced to 46 mm.

Available in single and multiple versions, short or long, the gun is therefore proposed with a renewed design, studied in relation to the limits of space on industrial lines and thus to allow customers to integrate the device on complete systems and machines, even in spaces very narrow.

Finally, the higher IP55 protection class ensures effective use even in humid environments.
