New Omag packaging machines on show at Achema

At stand F31 - Hall 3.1, it will be possible to see close up three packaging machines in action for packaging in single-dose pouches and stick-packs.

Omag will be presenting three packaging machines in June at the next edition of Achema, two for stick-pack packaging (one for powders and one for liquids) and another for packaging in sachets sealed on 4 sides, also shaped, with plate welding technology. The range the company offers, however, is much wider: starting from packaging machines of limited dimensions useful for laboratory tests or the launch of new products, until arriving at complete lines for high productivity.

Every machine can be equipped with different dosing units and combined with robotic bag-counting systems, cartoning machines, case packers and completed with a wide range of optionals such as sensors, smart cameras and augmented reality technologies.

Omag packaging machines are equipped with software that makes it possible to comply with the most stringent regulations in terms of traceability, safety, quality and interconnection with the company’s IT systems. They can be connected to the internet, while via cloud, it’s possible to monitor and interact remotely through devices such as smartphones, tablets and PCs (IoT).
