Tresu Italia proposed Offset Coating Concept Tresu: a complete solution, installable on all offset coating units, which reduces the consumption of coating inks from 20 to 30% by using the Tresu doctor blade chamber.

The OCC also includes a coating ink feed system, available in two versions, capable of working in an offset coating unit with water-based as well as UV coating inks, and the X10 Conditioner that heats the UV ink ensuring a smooth surface and  an improved brightness of substrate.
Designed to meet the needs of high-quality inline coating, the Tresu chamber doctor blade system has no corners and edges; the anti torsion bar construction guarantees an optimal performance even after years of daily production. Cleaning is automatic.
