With Opera, more “intelligent” cardboard boxes

Made-to-measure cardboard boxes have now become a must-have for many industries, active in a wide variety of sectors (from furniture to online commerce). In response to the specific need to reduce material waste and shipping costs, the Veneto-based company Panotec offers an innovative solution that allows cardboard boxes to be produced directly at the production site, in the quantity needed and at the exact time they are needed.

This is Opera, an automatic packaging line, designed to pack any product in custom-made boxes, without the need for manpower.

The cardboard box - patented - made with OPERA is designed to be not only 100% recyclable, but also reusable. Once opened, in fact, the special shape allows the perfect re-closing, a feature that makes it ideal for the management of returns.
With a very high production capacity (up to 21,000 boxes per day), Opera represents the optimal solution to face seasonal order peaks, such as Black Friday and the even more demanding Christmas.

Created in the exact measure of the product to be shipped, and therefore with generally smaller overall dimensions, the box allows to reduce volumes and consequently shipping costs. Moreover, by avoiding the oversizing of packages, greater logistical efficiency is achieved, both in the warehouse and in the execution of orders.
