Quality self-adhesive labeling

The PackLab company is part of the PE LABELLERS group (a global leader in the production of fully modular automatic labeling machines) and was established in in 1999 in Mantua.

It specializes in the production of labeling systems with self-adhesive technology, with customers from all over the world in many production sectors: from food to cosmetics, from chemicals to pharmaceuticals, from packaging to personal & home care.

The self-adhesive linear labeling machines created by the company ensure high precision and absolute flexibility. The advanced technology maintains standards of excellence even in the presence of sudden variations in production speed and can therefore easily adapt to the various usage needs.

The range of offer includes 8 lines of linear machines with different characteristics and speeds, from 800 to 42,000 bph. In addition, the PackLab production range includes self-adhesive groups from 20 to 120 m/min, freestanding applicators (that can position the adhesive label on various points of the product) and the print & apply system for product traceability, with the printing and application of the label on the end of the line and on the pallets and the barrels.

Versatility is another feature of PackLab machines, that are ideal solutions for all types of cylindrical and shaped containers of various sizes, from vials to drums, from jars to bottles and flasks. Adhesive applications have practically no limits (front and back, side, enveloping, top and down, non-stop and many types of special applications): standardized or completely customized solutions to meet the needs of both large multinationals and small to medium-sized producers.
