Productivity and sustainability of the Linerless MB240

TSC Printronix Auto ID, the leading supplier of innovative and sustainable solutions for thermal label printing, offers the new Linerless MB240 series industrial printer for less costly and more eco-compatible labelling, able to process up to 10,000 labels per day in cutting or detaching mode.

It’s designed to meet the needs of companies with sustained activity and high demand, particularly in the e-commerce, transport, logistics and pre-packaged food industry sectors. This new series of printers makes it possible to obtain maximum productivity while respecting the environment.

With a print resolution of 203 or 300 dpi, a high speed up to 12 inches a second allows for intensive processing cycles, and it is able to handle rolls of labels with an external diameter of 8 inches. The print width can reach 114 mm and its special anti-adhesive kit reduces glue residues, avoiding paper jams.

The MB240 series printer operates with most linerless label models, whether this involves permanent, repositionable or specific adhesives for refrigerated environments. In addition, the cutter guarantees a high level of safety, in particular thanks to the blocking sensor and the protection at the upper blade level, which significantly improves the operator’s safety.
