CIJ.Z is Zanasi’s platform for industrial marking, designed in an entirely modular, configurable and modifiable way, to ensure that the essential functionalities of the coding process are constantly adaptable to future technological innovations or production changes. Each CIJ.Z marking system is unique and customized.

Zanasi accompanies customers in the design, purchase and management of an ad hoc solution according to their specific needs. The investment is therefore targeted and calibrated, focusing on the purchase of only those parts that are really useful for the production line, with the possibility for the user to adapt the system to any subsequent developments or growth in production activity.

Sustainable design

The overcoming of a “disposable” technological paradigm is the guideline that has determined the choice of a completely modular design for CIJ.Z.

All of this in favor of a structurally interchangeable and transformable layout, specifically designed to offer the user the possibility of integrations, modifications and replacements aimed at extending the useful life and value of the device over time, with the non - obvious goal of greater sustainability of the solution throughout its entire life cycle. One example? The individual components have eco-design features: the ink cartridge, lighter and more manageable, is produced with 50% less plastic than normal containers on the market; the hydraulic system has been revolutionized by inserting a tank with automatic and continuous ink mixing that maintains the correct density, ensuring a reduction in make-up consumption of up to 30%.
