Roll-fed color labels

Primetec (specialist in roll-fed label digital color printing solutions) celebrates 10 years of activity and is  premiering a host of new features for printing and diecutting roll-fed labels.

We mention, in this regard, the solutions of Primera Technology (for which  Primetec is distributor), which has officially launched the pigmented ink color cartridges for the LX900, making it the only printer in the world to be able to handle both dye-based as well as pigmented inks, simply by changing the printhead.

The arrival of these new inks heralds another launch in the coming months: the new printer Primera LX2000e, capable of printing labels with a resolution of 4.800x1.200 dpi, up to 210mm in width and a maximum speed of 152mm per second, to create professional labels compliant with CLP- GHS standards for the industrial chemical sector.
