RX2 coders: lower consumption and simple to use
Higher speeds, evermore varied material and the demand for environmentally compatible solutions are guiding the development of Hitachi ‘s continuous inkjet coders (distributed in Italy by Marking Products, that also guarantees an efficient and skilled assistance and maintenance service).
This is the case of the recently introduced RX2 series: coders that perform a broad range of standard and complex applications, capable of printing due dates, logos, barcodes, lot numbers and Data Matrix codes.
Reliable and flexible. All the critically functional parts of the RX2 are made by Hitachi, to thus guarantee a high level of quality at contained costs. The cabinet is in stainless steel (IP55 grade protection against powders and liquids). The print head, made in a single aluminium body, has been designed to resist longterm, also in harsh environments, and to facilitate cleaning operations. It can be assembled in linear mode or at 90° for any need, so as to ease the integration of the RX2 in a network and on already existing production lines.
Accessibility and saving. The ink circuit is optimized for a reduced consumption of material. Hence also the lesser need for maintenance work, with further cost reduction.
Thanks to the “rapid mount” system the replacement of the main ink filter can be done by the user, without the need for special tools.
The communications interface permit simple and userfriendly operations, featuring a TFT - LCD 10.4˝ touchscreen display with function icons that aid navigation.
