Security adhesive products for a total protection of goods

The FABO Security line of adhesive tapes and labels reveal all tampering attempts, leaving visible traces on the tampered surfaces.

Recently FABO has been focusing on the development of new packaging products related to the topic of security. The final goal is to develope adhesive solutions that can guarantee an absolute safeguard of goods and protect the sealed packagings.

Security Tape. The first born in FABO’s Security line of products  is Security Tape, a tamper evident tape, solvent free, that safely seals goods and is able to put in evidence any tampering attempt on packages. The Security Tape, if removed, leaves on the box’s surface an alert message, that reports with a multilingual message a tampering activity on the package. FABO’s Security Tape, also available with customised print, is applied as normal adhesive tape, both manually and with automatic taping machines, but has the plus of carrying out the duties of an intelligent anti-theft system. It is an ideal product for high value products packaging, revealing itself as an efficient tool for all those logistics services and industrial applications where security and protection of the goods are priority issues.  

Security Label. With the same aim of securing packages but for more specific applications, FABO has developed another adhesive product in its Security line: it’s the Security Label, functioning as a security seal.
The Security Labels seal as common labels but, in case of tampering, because of the special material they are produced with, they release a visible alert message showing any attempt of opening and of concealing the tampering event. Security Labels are customizable in shape and alert message and for value packagings they allow the sealing of critical points, those that are most often subject to tampering.
