Servo actuators for the packaging industry

The TPM series
This is the first servo actuator series designed by the German Group, which for years has represented the state of the art in the integration of high-precision planetary gearboxes and highly dynamic brushless motors. In the latest generation developed (Plus) the space saved compared to the traditional motor-gearbox combination exceeds 50%.

Three ranges are available: TPM+ dynamic, extremely dynamic and silent with two-stage gearbox; TPM+ power, with high torque in reduced dimensions; TPM High Torque, exceptionally rigid and compact, with three-stage gearbox..

The premo® series
In addition to the TPM+ rotary servo actuators, there is the fully scalable premo® servo actuator platform: compared to the former, this line achieves even higher torque and performance in a smaller footprint.
With a variety of output geometry options, a wide variety of encoders, lubrication systems, temperature sensors, and parking brakes, it is possible to configure the optimal solution for the different performance levels required by the specific application.

premo® servo actuators are available in three designs:
- SP Line, the basic series with a smooth output shaft and resolver, which offers optimal performance for all positioning applications;
- TP Line, the high dynamic series with output flange and absolute HIPERFACE® singleturn encoder, which ensures high torsional stiffness, high accelerations and excellent controllability;
- XP Line, an extreme performance servo actuator with a smooth output shaft and HIPERFACE DSL® singleturn absolute encoder, providing maximum power density, increased torsional stiffness and high radial forces..

These servo-actuators are particularly appreciated in the food sector or in all applications where frequent washdowns are required, also thanks to the specific lubrication and the innovative design with rounded "corners", not very subject to the deposit of impurities.
