Temac affronta il 2012 partecipando ai due principali appuntamenti fieristici nel campo del converting. L’offerta dell’azienda di Lonate Pozzolo (VA) comprende taglierine ribobinatrici, monopiega, tagliamandrini e accessori per l’industria dell’imballaggio.

Temac opens 2012 taking part in the two main trade fair events in the field of converting, where the Lonate Pozzolo (VA) based company will be presenting its range of products comprising slitter rewinders, centre-folding machines, core cutting machines and accessories for the packaging field.
• At Plast Temac will be renewing its commitment for responsible energy use, presenting the slitter rewinder mod. SRP 162/SVI (photo 1), which, of all Ecosystemac Series products, offers the best performances in terms of eco-friendliness (hence the definition of “totally green machine”). Demonstrating that this model embraces Temac’s entire “green inspiration”, the machine is defined as “totally oil free”: it in fact comes with an innovative electromechanical system for the vertical parent roll lifting movement towards the workplace. Complete with an aerial web path making much appreciated in the food packaging sector, the machine works with a max batch roll diameter of 1.000 mm and finished roll 610 mm in diameter, and reaches speeds of 700 m/min. It operates with 4 asynchronous high energy saving (digital flux vector inverters) motors.
• At Drupa Temac will be presenting two auxiliary machines:
 - The SRS 853/S (photo 2) that works from max batch rolls of 800 mm with finished rolls max 500 mm in diameter. Compact and flexible, as well as the shaftless raising system, it also has an automatic knife alignment system on the lower counter blade pneumatic shaft. Principally used for foil hot and cold stamping, it comes with an intuitive man/machine interface (LCD 8” touchscreen mounted on a swing out frame with adjustable angle).
 - The Mini Slitter TMS 840 (photo 3) with 650 mm work width. Provided with a loadcell unit that continuously controls the unwinding unit, the machine processes and slits material like labels and thin gauge films at a work speed of 500 m/min.
Extremely flexible the machines of the Ecosystemac series can be used for working plastics, paper and laminates of different thickness and satisfy a wide range of customer demands, both in terms of energy saving (thanks to EST) and in terms of human safety (conforming to the EC machine directive).
