Titan drives: power and control
Distributed in Italy by Servotecnica, the digital drives of Ingenia’s Titan series stand apart for the exceptional power that characterizes products of this brand.
Available systems in the 172x206x30 mm format include 200 A continuous current and 300 A peak current with 12-800 VDC power bus, with the possibility of generating 40 kW. In addition to being suitable for controlling brushless motors, brush motors and voice coils, they are particularly adapted for controlling linear and rotary motors.
Titan drives can receive feedback from incremental encoders, tachymetry, Sin-Cos, SSI absolute encoders, analog Hall sensors and resolvers. They can function with analog command or PWM or CANopen and EtherCAT protocol. Motion control can be installed onboard. They are available with two digital outputs and four inputs.
They can be programmed using MotionLab software with autotuning functions, oscilloscopes of motion parameters and a simple interface for motion control. Plug-and-play versions are also available, with connectors or plugs to link to the motherboard.
Special protected versions can also be used for low/high temperature or high pressure environments.
