A totally new shrink-sleeve machine

Offer users a shrink-sleeve machine that is compact, ergonomic, flexible and easy to use. A machine that is economical but of proven quality, also satisfying the stringent requirements of the food and pharmaceutical markets.

With these ambitious goals the R&D section of Sleever Machines (the machinery division of the Sleever International group) worked on the project of Sleevercombisteam®, to finally present the machine fully operational during the last Emballage.
Based on patented proprietary technology, it offers a number of features revamped following original criteria: the floating conformator to open the sleeve, the rotary synchronized multi blade cutting, the transfer of sleeves by ejection, position control of the product via feed screw (single, double, with or without orientator).

The machine, 100% electronic and based on servo driven technology, ensures operability and accuracy at speeds in excess of 30,000 bottles/hour (60,000 in line or parallel two headed version), with  improved movement accuracy, format changes of less than 20 minutes and, last but not least, a significant reduction in maintenance needs (and costs). Incident diagnostics display, preventive maintenance reminders, reduced floorspace and fewer components complete the machine’s profile.
Sleevercombisteam has been designed to handle containers with a diameter between 16 and 125 mm, between 40 and 350 mm in height and is compatible with sleeves of any materials (PET, OPS, TPE...) from 20 to 120 microns thick.
