Companies that produce barcode labels need reliable and consistent production, minimizing downtime or incidents that cause additional costs and delays.

That’s why TSC has extended its comprehensive on-site service program to the entire range of TSC and Printronix Auto ID industrial printers, previously available in Europe only for Printronix Auto ID devices.

The program, which can be purchased at the same time as a TSC product or added at a later date, includes certified technicians, labor and travel expenses (up to 150 km) and original spare parts.

TSC offers the possibility to extend the warranty from 2 to 3, 4 or 5 years and two options such as the priority warranty (which includes repairs in case of malfunction of electrical components, replacement of defective components with original spare parts, labor costs, cleaning, adjustments and function tests) or the full warranty coverage (which adds to the previous one the replacement of wear parts such as platen rollers and print heads).
