UX Series: continuous inkjet printing

For over 25 years, Marking Products Srl has been dedicated to the sale and assistance of industrial marking systems for each application sector and with different technologies. From Hitachi it proposes the new coding and industrial marking systems with its Series UX continuous inkjet technology and the CO2 vector laser LM Series.

With the UX series, Hitachi offers a machine with great performance, which prints up to 6 lines of text from 2 to 10 mm in height, barcodes, 2D codes and graphics. The inking system is based on easy-to-manage cartridges, both in insertion and in extraction, suitably shaped to prevent errors in use. The careful arrangement of the components guarantees maximum accessibility to items subject to routine maintenance, such as filters.
At an operational level, a convenient 10”  color display with touch-screen and a completely graphical user interface based on icons enables every aspect of the machine to be managed, both in terms of print settings and message management.
Moreover, it offers an appealing external interfacing, for which, in addition to the RS232 serial, I/O signals are available for connection to PLC and the network connection option. The UX series features some specific options for automatic functions, such as message selection, meter setting and other operations for seamless integration with the production line. Finally, noteworthy the Start/Stop function, with which the machine can be stopped or started by simply pressing a button, without having to worry about cleaning, purging or anything else, since the machine performs these functions automatically.
