Pelliconi acquires Novembal in North America

The transaction is stategic to expand the presence in North America and its position in the plastic closures sector.

Pelliconi, one of the world's leading manufacturers for food & beverage, has officially announced the acquisition of the production assets of Novembal, a leading company specialized in the design and production of plastic caps. The operation represents a significant step for Pelliconi in pursuing its goal to increase its product portfolio. It will also further consolidate its position in the plastic closures sector by expanding its presence in North America with two new production sites, one located in Peoria, Arizona, and the other in Rawdon in the state of Quebec (Canada).
