MULTIVAC presented numerous new developments at Cibus Tec, the fruit of its own production and partnerships with important operators in the market. Fritsch Progressa bread was, in fact, created out of the collaboration Fritsch, and which visitors were able to discover in the live demonstrations. It’s a solution that makes it possible to work pre-leavened dough with wholemeal or highly hydrated flours. There were also MULTIVAC-brand proposals.

Standing out among them were the GMS 400 - TX 620 portioning and packaging lines, demonstrating how the company is able to approach the market as a single supplier in the production of systems and solutions for efficient and sustainable processes and complete lines, covering tempering, portioning, loading and weighing systems, packaging, labelling, inspection and automation.

Other solutions presented at the trade fair include: the TVI GMS 400 portioning machine with 3D product shaping for optimal cutting and waste reduction; the MULTIVAC TX 620 tray sealer which guarantees a fast and safe mould change without the use of tools and automatic mould recognition; the compact and completely automatic MULTIVAC T 305 tray sealer; the multifunction MULTIVAC L 310 labeller for perfectly integrated labelling, printing and inspection, synchronised and controlled with a single HMI that guarantees simple and complete management of production recipes with 100% automatic control of the packages to ensure maximum quality.
