BolognaFiere Cosmoprof has exported a successful trade fair model, with technological proposals and in-depth studies on the most important issues for the cosmetics industry in the main markets the world over. Lively moments of encounter between supply and demand, therefore, as demonstrated by the most recent events organized in various parts of the world.


On June 12-14, Cosmoprof India 2019 took place at the Bombay Exhibition Center (BEC) in Mumbai: 237 exhibitors from 23 countries, representing all the sectors of the industry, from raw materials to machinery and automation, from contract manufacturing to private labels, to primary and secondary packaging and to the finished product. Focus of the event, trends and strategies to optimize the opportunities offered by that market, the most suitable solutions for communication, marketing and distribution strategies.

From July 28 to 30, the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas hosted the annual Cosmoprof North America (CPNA), which recorded a 3% growth compared to the 2018 edition (about 30 thousand m2): over 40 thousand visitors and 1,435 exhibitors from 43 countries, retailers, distributors, beauty brands and suppliers were able to benefit from various networking opportunities. For the first time in America, also “The Factory”, the special Cosmopack North America undertaking where, thanks to the collaboration with selected exhibitors, a Pure Factory face brightener (ultra-light pressed powder that gives to the complexion a  uniform and sophisticated shine, devoid of all the ingredients that the most recent studies have identified as toxic to skin health) was produced live. The product formula is sustainable, made with raw materials mostly of natural derivation and not tested on animals, as well as packaging, re-fillable and reusable. The product was created by the centdegrés design agency, and some Cosmopack exhibiting companies participated in the project: Ancorotti for the formula, Toly for the primary packaging, Pennelli Faro for the brush and the beauty bag, Co.Pack for the machinery and Nastritex for the tape.
Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Awards were presented during both events.


Addendum. From 7 to 10 September 2019, over 180,000 beauty professionals will gather in San Paolo for Beauty Fair - Feira Internacional De Beleza Profissional, to discover the latest products, treatments and the most innovative techniques for hair, professional aesthetics and make -up. 46 international companies will be present, thanks to the collaboration with BolognaFiere Cosmoprof. Beauty Fair thus officially becomes part of the Cosmoprof platform, which involves over 500,000 operators and more than 10,000 companies worldwide.
