Drinktec postponed to 2022

2021 edition cancelled, the drinktec advisory board and Messe München have taken a joint decision today to postpone the world’s leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry until the fall of 2022 (12-16 September).

This action was prompted by the international nature of the drinktec event, with visitors coming from all the Continents.

The holding of the event in 2021 would therefore have been severely compromised, as the latest developments in the pandemic would not have allowed international travel to resume. 

However, it is significant that despite the coronavirus crisis, three quarters of the available exhibition floorspace had already been booked, demonstrating the confidence in the brand and drinktec’s reputation.
