Easy, automatic and compact palletiser

In response to the needs of customers with reduced space availability, Lancia Srl offers an extremely compact automatic palletiser with an unbeatable quality/price ratio. Simplicity is one of the main strengths of this solution, consisting of a gantry structure and an infeed roller conveyor.

The use is extremely intuitive, since the only buttons on the panel are the emergency and run buttons. The machine, moreover, is able to self-install itself and autonomously detect the working positions.

The loading/unloading of the pallet must be done manually by the operator. The reduced overall dimensions give the palletiser a monobloc structure.

The low installed power levels have allowed the manufacturer to offer the solution at low costs, while maintaining a very high quality standard and a working speed of 7 cycles/minute.

The extreme reliability, which allows to offer a three-year warranty, and the flexibility of use, with functions dedicated to the different types of product, complete the picture of the advantages offered.
