Multivac

GMS 520 singlecut is the multifunctional meat portioning system presented at Meat Tech.

Produced by TVI (company of the Multivac group), it processes any type of fresh meat (red with or without bone, turkey and chicken meat) or any consistency, and is very flexible and accurate (configuration of stacked or scaled slices; slice from 1 to 50 mm). It has been designed for the optimization of exact weight, for the absence of waste and the best yield on surpluses; easily integratable in line, it simple and intuitive to use.

TVI high-tech systems are a useful addition to Multivac packaging machines. The connection of the various units, which can be interconnected at the digital level according to the provisions of 4.0 and controlled by a central control unit, enables maximum efficiency and process reliability to be achieved.
