Australia buys green in Piacenza

The Australian Consul General, Mrs Simone Desmarchelier, paid an official visited last February to Nordmeccanica - the Piacenza based manufacturer of machines for the production of flexible packaging.

The occasion for the encounter, the opening of the new facility for the production of metalization machines, with which Nordmeccanica intends to intensify business relations with the fifth continent. Australia is in fact an important outlet for the Piacenza based company, which has established itself as an excellent provider of neutral impact technology. Among Nordmeccanica’s main customers include Amcor with which it has signed contracts to a value of some 7 million euros.
