Among the self-adhesive labelling systems, we cite the range of labelling heads, from the lowest cost ALstep to the highest performance ALritma and ALritma X.
At the fair, also the linear system ALline for front & back or wrap-around labelling of cylindrical or elliptical products, the ALbelt system for top & bottom labelling of trays with a C-wrap seal label, and ALpharma, for pharmaceutical products.
For product identification and traceability, Altech offers the long established ALcode and ALritmaT families of print/apply solutions, ALcode P system for applying A5 format labels to two consecutive pallet sides (up to over 120 pallets/h), and the ALcode LT print/apply unit, equipped the low cost SATO LT 408 printing module, ideal for applications requiring a compact sized, a cost competitive solution.
Besides continuously renewing its offer, Altech is committed to improving its after-sale service. The PLCs installed on next-generation machines can be connected to the Internet via a router so as to remotely monitor the machine (remote assistance), thus reducing the time necessary to identify any faults.
