Liquid Primary Packing: the advantages of the Fameccanica design

Fameccanica Liquid Primary Packing (LPP) is well aware of this. It is an end-to-end supplier of turnkey solutions, composed of compact modules that can be perfectly integrated with different solutions for secondary packaging and final palletizing. In this way Fameccanica LPP proposes itself as the only interface with the end customer, facilitating the management of the project.
All LPP machines are fitted with the most accurate and reliable servo motors, which not only simplify management, favoring operator intervention, but also optimize the response to each command sent and maintain continuous control over the process through an information loop exchanged between each individual motor and the PLC. Furthermore, the easy setting of parameters using the operator panel minimizes machine downtime and format change. The LPP solutions are already ready for Industry 4.0; in fact, through remote access it is possible to monitor in real time the status of the processes underway, and check their history. Predictive maintenance functions will also be available shortly, thanks to a new software package currently under development.
State of the art modules Fameccanica LPP is constantly engaged in continuous research and development, to improve the efficiency, safety and sustainability of its machines. The latter are equipped with the following modules:
• Robotic bottle orientator (FDRU) guarantees very fast format change, noise level <75 dBA and reduced compressed air consumption by 60% compared to traditional mechanical solutions; it is able to orientate all the most common types of containers without damaging their surface.
• Flowmeter filler with zero maintenance filling valves; available in anti-corrosion version and with anti-exhalation systems to guarantee operator safety.
• Universal capper with electronic cam, able to manage screw caps, bayonet caps, and spray metering devices (with or without cannula).
• Labeler with electronic cam turret, equipped with nozzles for container pressurization and quick format change system for plates.
