Omas Tecnosistemi: 4.0 solutions of a high technological level and oriented to sustainability

Leader in the design and manufacture of filling and capping machines, Omas serves various sectors (cosmetics & make-up, pharmaceutical & healthcare, E-vape & E-liquids, food and coffee capsules) with a wide range of solutions, able to meet the needs of small-scale productions, but also to reach high levels of productivity with continuous lines.

At interpack it focused on the pharma world, presenting updated versions of some of the packaging systems, starting from GDL-250, the double pass mono-block automatic machine for filling and capping, with which Omas is particularly oriented towards the creams, powders, liquids and high-temperature products market, able to run at a speed of 110bpm a minute. The machine is designed for the filling and closure of containers for eye drops in a sterile environment, with volumetric control, automatic pick and place and servo torque.

Also on display was the GMT-R70 rotary tube filler: a solid structure with mechanical movements, easy to clean, and which guarantees perfect dosage. It works with creams and high-temperature products, filling and closing plastic, laminated and aluminium tubes with speeds of up to 70bpm.

Omas has also enriched the range of turbo-emulsifiers in the catalogue with the new CX 10Turbomixer, in the trade fair in the 10-litre version but available with an operating range that goes from 5 litres, ideal for R&D and product development, to a 10-tonne mixer to meet the widest production and filling needs.
