The MR-NW08-TM filling and capping monobloc for oil offered by Rejves Machinery has 8 net-weight load cells and one capping head specifically intended for large bottle volumes. This solution is particularly suitable for edible oils such as olive, rapeseed, and sunflower oils. There are many possible applications for the monobloc, however, from the food sector to the home care and chemical-industrial sectors and can be supplied with a different number of nozzles and capping heads.

Precise and anti-waste dosing

Net-Weight machines are the perfect solution for controlling the dosage of products and for containing costs. The monobloc has, in fact, independently timed valves that are programmed by the filler's computer: precise amounts of liquid flow by gravity or by overpressure into a container, stopping when a specific weight is reached.

One of the advantages of filling by net weight is that while the volume changes with variables such as temperature and barometric pressure, the net weight remains constant. Rejves Machinery’s monobloc guarantees maximum flexibility in terms of changeover and access to the machine. As a matter of fact, format changeovers are completely tool-less and very quick to operate. Rejves Machinery's net weight fillers reach an accuracy Sigma1 ± 1gr on 1.000gr, which is very important to save each drop of the product without any waste.

The perfect process for the food industry

Each bottle is positioned into a filling station containing its own independent load cell. The taps above dispense the product with a laminar flow, avoiding product spillage. Moreover, the nozzle, positioned above the container, never comes into contact with it during the filling process. Net weight filling technology is particularly suitable for the food industry since there's no contact between the container and the filling valve, thereby avoiding any sort of contamination.
