Bag-labelling machine

World Jet’s WPA6-PL-S-Trasversal system has been designed for labelling bags directly in the filling line, during the handling phase of the bags themselves when they are still on the reel.

The flexible system, of compact dimensions, applies both pre-printed labels and labels to be printed, managing different formats and guaranteeing high performance in terms of applications per minute.

The machine offers different application methods: with a moving product, with a still product without contact and, finally, with a still product and contact between plate and product.

Equipped with an HMI panel, it allows for real-time control of the machine's operating status as well as displaying diagnostics. An automatic label reel changing system permits the movement of the applicator group in order to facilitate routine operations for the operator. This can occur both automatically (the system automatically shifts the position of the reel change) and with a manual command in the event that, once production has finished, the operator needs to change the format of the label to be applied.
