CNC controls and a new PAC
The flagship product of the Tex Computer family of CNCs generates highly precise interpolated trajectories thanks to the 64-bit floating point mathematical functions and the rigid determinism with which the speed loops and axle positions are regulated.
To obtain maximum precision without losing productivity S ramps have jerks, ie variation of acceleration, configurable independently on the initial and final phases of acceleration and deceleration. The Power of N allows up to 16 interpolated axes in linear, circular, helical, nurb spline, gearing and gantry mode. The management of the drives is feasible, even in mixed mode, using analog (/-10V), digital (Step / Direction) or via fieldbus (CANopen, Mechatrolink-II or EtherCAT) signals.
The ISO executor supports 4 independent channels with ISO MDI, DNC, RTCP and Look Ahead functionalities. The 10-100T Ethernet port is accessible by TCP/IP, Modbus TCP and FTP; OPC and WEB Server functions are also available.
Computer PowerK Tex also has a polyvalent programmable automation controller (PAC), with an excellent price/performance ratio, with which to effectively manage PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface), motion controller and IT. Its basic equipment comprising forty analog I/O and digital encoder inputs, serial ports, a pair of CAN ports and an Ethernet port. The expansion to other devices of automation is possible through the support of fieldbus CANopen (CiA 401 profiles for I/O, drives for CiA 402, CiA 406 for the encoders), Mechatrolink-II (Yaskawa for drives) and EtherCAT with CoE protocol (CANopen over EtherCAT).
