Coating, drying and laminating

Developed by Polytype Converting AG (Wifag-Polytype Group), the FlexCo system is compact, modular and offers unlimited flexibility in all steps of coating, drying and laminating, performing coating on all web type materials  up to a width of 500 mm.

FlexCo can be used for the development of new producs, which can be carried out with industrial manufacturing processes on a semi-industrial scale or for small production lots. The basic model comprises unwinder, edge controller, coating station, dryer and rewinder. Polytype can also include the following options: corona station, web cleaner, cooling station, laminating station, digital printing module, EB systems, UV systems.
