Complete packaging of inhalers

Marchesini Group, a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging machines, has delivered to an American multinational a line that packages inhalers inside flowpacks at a speed of 200 cartons per minute.

The line, composed of nine stand-alone machines and nine pick and place robots, is able to manage the complete packaging of inhalers, from the assembly of the single components to the end of the line.

In addition to the presence of a special machine for the assembly of the canister with an actuator with unconventional features, the line is characterized by another important plus: yudoo by the partner Sea Vision.

This is a software suite designed for the pharmaceutical sector, created to redesign the concept of line management, incorporating additional 4.0 applications. In this case, yudoo provides a Line Management System (LMS) that allows production batches to be started from any mobile phone/PC.
