A global leader in the supply of automation, control and IT solutions, Rockwell Automation has promoted training initiatives for years. So Technical Days, an event held from 11 February to 14 June 2016 at the concern’s innovative Competency Center* in Bologna, comes as no surprise.
So Technical Days, an event held from 11 February to 14 June 2016 at the concern’s innovative Competency Center* in Bologna, comes as no surprise.
The program includes seven days of highly informative sessions on topics ranging from industrial automation and information technology to the innovative convergence of IT and OT in the Connected Enterprise.
In particular, the sessions will focus on UL/CSA/CE (news and comparisons), motion control and advanced functionalities, integrated safety, industrial Ethernet networks and report management systems, automation productivity, robotics and iTRAK motion systems.
In addition to attending the professional development courses, participants will have a chance to visit the Competency Center and see the latest Rockwell hardware and software solutions, which are projected on an interactive maxi-screen.
Participation is free (see the agenda at www.rockwellautomation.it, where visitors can also register).
Rockwell Automation will also hold a global competition on the occasion of Interpack 2017 to reward innovation and creativity in machine design, in light of future market demand. Every machine presented at the fair – equipped with Rockwell products and solutions - can enter the contest and participate in the selection process.
