Cutting logs from rolls

CMC Converting Machinery Cevenini (Concorezzo MB) presented E450, a machine for cutting log rolls from jumbo rolls with a completely automatic cycle (excluding the loading and unloading of the material) and maximum working width of 1700 mm.

The machine can work rolls of a  maximum external diameter of 430 mm on a 3” mandrel with 500 mm diameter blade and is equipped with Siemens PLC interface and preset "Blue Mode" with touchcreen technology, to set and control the job functions and display cutting measures, production count, roll rotational speed and blade.
