High performance servo actuators

Compact, powerful and absolutely precise: premo^® is the fully scalable servo actuator series with DC bus voltage up to 750 V from WITTENSTEIN alpha. The range, which offers maximum power density at low weights, features a screwless design for optimum cleaning, and is also available with lubricant for the food industry.

The modular principle and the flexibility of premo^® allow for a motor-reducer unit with unprecedented scalability. Depending on the different performance levels required, three lines are available:

• SP Line, basic series with smooth output shaft and resolver, perfect for positioning applications;
• XP Line, the series with smooth output shaft, with very high performance, which offers great versatility in all sectors;
• TP Line, the high dynamics series with output flange, optimal for advanced positioning and machining applications, as can happen for example with flow-pack machines, which require very high production speeds; a challenge that TP Line overcomes thanks to its extraordinary precision and power density.
