Twenty years working alongside major food concerns has made PRL Tecnosoft a point of reference for the design, construction and installation of transport systems, from the single conveyor belt to complete automated end of line solutions.

The concern, which is based in Lonato del Garda (Brescia), offers its services to users first and foremost as a partner, able to bring to the table a complete range of services for mechanical and electric design, construction (including special mechanics), automation, revamping and maintenance. It serves numerous diverse sectors, from food to pharmaceuticals and mechanics, with particular competency in baking goods and confectionery, for which PRL Tecnosoft is able to create complete end of line solutions, with packaging and/or boxing units (both new and already operating at the customer’s facility).
The concern also offers special machinery for specific manipulation and handling necessities: deviators, aligners, sorters, but also machinery for rotating boxes and cartons, special systems for hot glue application, format changeovers on packaging machinery and special machinery specifically requested by the customer. 

Fundamental partnerships.
PRL Tecnosoft is a system integrator partner of Schneider Electric, an authorized reseller of Ammeraal Beltech belts, and authorized manufacturer for FlexLink® in the food & beverage sector. For a several years, PRL Tecnosoft has been integrating Ambaflex® spiral elevators into its facilities. This flexible, customizable and reliable solution is suitable for simple transport (of single packagings or cartons and crates) as well as for creating innovative buffers.
