Indeed, with the help of EyeC Proofiler and Proofrunner, 100% of the Bolognese concern’s boxes are subjected to quality control. After a real-time check of the folding/gluing using the customer’s master PDF, any non-compliant pieces (with the wrong graphics, text, color tone, die-cut or Braille print) is automatically expelled from the line. Once the production process is completed, the customer receives a report documenting the results of every check.
Also figuring among the most exciting novelties presented by Renografica at the fair is the eLeafleti myHealthox system for drug information, which the consumer can access using a QR code printed on the box.
