Servotecnica. Controllers and motors with integrated electronics

Servotecnica introduces the new Motion Controller series V 3.0 and MCS Motion Control Systems of its represented company Faulhaber, that introduces controllers and motors with integrated electronics with EtherCAT protocol into  the world of micro-motors.

The two electronic models, MC5005 and 50010, have 5A and 10A (up to 15A and 30A) continuous current. Also available the smaller MC5004 version (without casing), with continuous currents from 4A up to 12A.

The feedbacks can be incremental and absolute. The I/Os are opto-isolated and management is programmable, with the possibility of extending the number of inputs and outputs through additional modules.

In automation decentralization of the electrical components is becoming increasingly important. This is whyFaulhaber has added to the new series MCS two engines of 32 mm in diameter, with a torque of 76 mNm and 96 mNm,  available both as standard with RS-232 and CANopen, and with EtherCAT protocol.

The IP54 option can also be requested on MCS servo systems.

What all the new Faulhaber’s devices have ease of connection in common: in addition to the use of removable connectors, adapters and cables have been designed for an optimal, safe and fast connection.

The new Motion Manager 6.0 software is now also available with new graphical and operational features.
