A start-up for filling pharmaceuticals

proPHARMA (Verano Brianza, MB) proposes a flexible, versatile and reliable filling machine, designed and developed for pharmaceutical formulations in pre-sterilized vials, syringes and capsules packed in nests.

Denominated Autolabo and made in the two variants, SL20 and SL20Duo, it can fill disposable pre-sterilised flacons, vials, carpulas and syringes with volumes from 0.1 to 50 ml, via low impulse peristaltic pump or rotating piston volumetric pump. The machine can come with a disposable dosing system, specific for each production lot, that covers all the product phases up to the single nozzles. Its small size enable operations under isotecnic regime as well as under conventional laminar flow hoods.

Among the other prerogatives worthy of note, we highlight the stable, controlled and repeatable automatic process thanks to the Flexam servoassisted technology, and the userfriendly HMI, that facilitates process operations and enables the storing of the different formulas in recallable and repeatable formats.
